Privacy notice draft

Syncup is an invitation-only agency workspace. It processes profile details, client contacts, assignments, work updates, documents, reminders, media links and financial records to coordinate agency operations. Google sign-in verifies approved accounts; Syncup does not ask for your Google password.

Client information is shared according to workspace permissions. Calendar events are visible to active members. Client credential references are restricted to Admins and Super Admins; financial records are restricted to Super Admins. Assigned editors receive their task media links. People who already hold a SmugMug link may retain access until its permissions are revoked separately.

Cloudflare hosts the application, database and uploaded documents. Google handles sign-in. Media links open SmugMug or the linked provider under that provider's policies. Session cookies keep you signed in; optional Remember me sessions last up to 30 days. Appearance preferences are stored on your device.

Deleting a working item removes it from active lists. Restricted security records and previous financial versions are retained separately. Removing a member disables access but preserves authorship. Deletion does not promise immediate erasure from provider backups, logs or externally shared files. Retention periods and any legal holds require the operator's documented review; this version does not automatically purge retained financial history.

Contact your workspace Super Admin to request access, correction, export, deletion or to raise a privacy concern. A designated privacy contact and response procedure must be confirmed before adoption.

Workspace terms draft

Use Syncup only for authorised agency work. Keep invitations and gallery upload links private. Upload only material you are permitted to use, including client assets, music, footage and personal information. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate others or distribute account credentials.

Client content remains subject to its owners' rights and your separate client agreements. Access to a client's files does not transfer ownership. Workspace membership can be revoked by an authorised administrator.

Cash-flow summaries and EMI schedules reflect the information entered. They are planning tools, not bank statements, tax filings or accounting, legal or investment advice. The displayed net cash flow is money received minus money paid, not a bank balance. Confirm lender schedules and statutory records independently.

Availability and third-party services can change. Maintain appropriate backups and report errors. These drafts do not exclude non-waivable rights or statutory duties. Liability terms, governing law, dispute forum and any binding acceptance process need qualified Indian legal review and the operator's approval.
